First Step Athletics is built by the community for the community. As the CEO and Founder my goal is to help our future community leaders by providing a mentoring and tutoring program incorporating a goal oriented athletic performance training. I'm confident my level of expertise and background as a teacher, coach and case worker has enabled me to build this organization from the ground up and now I'm able to give back to the same community.
