In order to best accommodate all of our student athletes and clients the First Step staff strongly encourages all parents, clients and student athletes with parental permission use our social media outlets to stay up to date with all sessions and announcements. There are multiple ways set up for First Step information to be accessed but participation is required. The best way to stay in the loop is to download ‘Team App’ on your smart phone or tablet. Once installed, please search for ‘First Step’ and most importantly request access. If access is not requested you will not receive updates and notifications of any changes in the schedule. We ask that all participating athletes and clients use this app and RSVP before attending each session. In the event that no RSVP’s are receive the session is subject to cancellation. First Step also has a Facebook page/group set up where announcements can be seen as well. Contacting a staff member regarding schedule changes should be the last resort to retrieve that information. Staff members have full time careers outside of First Step and may not have access to email, text messages or phone calls to give an immediate response.

With over two hundred athletes and clients we are stressing the use of these tools, specifically Team App, to eliminate any confusion and reach everyone on a mass level. All sessions are subject to either location change or time change to adjust for RSVP population and weather conditions. We will do our very best to communicate any and all changes on Team App and Facebook but please do not expect a personal notification of any changes.
